1 Controller is fully working, the other works but when you turn it upside down it stops working so consider it broken. Some of the screws on both controllers are broken off. This is a common problem with old plastic. You can't tell this is an issue with the good controller.
Console is a little loud. I wasn't an Xbox Kid so im not sure if this is common or not. But console works perfectly.
